On this campus, we are combining renovation and new construction in an exceptionally green educational environment.

The main building, which stands out for its aesthetic and heritage value, is undergoing a thorough renovation (3,420 m²) and will be expanded with a new building (3,680 m²). The construction programme provides learning zones for different levels of education, with facilities for nursery, primary and special primary education, secondary education and adult education. This is complemented by a refectory area and a series of landscaping works.

To provide an inclusive learning environment is a central pillar of the project: the schools want to present themselves as a single entity and coordinate their activities as closely as possible.

The landscaping includes covered play areas, a bicycle shelter and a staff car park. The whole site is designed so that the various functions are logically interconnected and contribute to a pleasant and functional campus environment.
The central school square forms the beating heart of the campus and provides access to the surrounding facilities. The square encourages interaction between staff, pupils and external users, thereby contributing to the vibrancy of the site. The thoughtful positioning of the buildings gives the square a sense of security, whilst at the same time opening it up to the surrounding landscape. In this way, the green character of the site is extended right into the heart of the campus. These interventions aim to significantly improve the learning environment, both architecturally and pedagogically.

The total programme also includes an additional new building in an outdoor configuration (1,487 m²), including the associated landscaping.
